Is the app ready?

The iPhone app is in development. Founding members get the beta before their block ships. If it is not ready by the ship date, you can cancel and get a full refund.

When will it ship?

by 15 December 2026. We make the whole batch by hand, then ship to everyone with tracking.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time before we ship, for a full refund. After delivery you still have 14 days to return it.

Does it need charging?

No. The block holds an NFC tag that your phone reads on contact, so there is nothing to charge or pair.

What if there is an emergency?

Phone calls always work, and the app keeps a few emergency unlocks you can use without the block.

Does it work on Android?

Not yet. iPhone comes first. Leave your email below the sold-out notice or write to us and we will tell you when Android is ready.
