Refunds and returns
Before we ship
Cancel any time before your block ships by emailing hello@dndblock.com with your order number. You get the full amount back, including shipping, within 14 days.
After delivery
You have 14 days from receiving the block to tell us you want to return it. You do not need to give a reason. Email hello@dndblock.com, then send the block back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price and the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the block back, or proof that you sent it. You pay the cost of sending it back.
You can use this sentence: "I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of dnd block, order number ___, received on ___. Name, address, date."
If something is wrong
If your block arrives damaged or stops working, write to us with a photo. We cover the cost of sending it back and repair, replace or refund it.
