This page explains what personal data we collect when you preorder dnd block or ask us to notify you, and what we do with it.

What we collect and why
- Your order: name, email, phone, delivery address and what you bought. We need it to deliver your block and to keep accounting records required by law.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you paid, not your card details.
- Email list: your email, only if you leave it on the site. We use it for the founding batch only: one email with the first video of the real block, and one when preorders open or the batch ships. Nothing else, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
- Visit counts: how many times a day the home page was opened and the preorder button was pressed. These are plain daily totals with no cookies, no IP addresses and nothing that identifies you.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that help us run the shop: Stripe (payments), Resend (order emails), our hosting provider, and the courier who delivers your parcel. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for as long as Lithuanian law requires (generally 10 years). Email-list addresses are deleted once the founding batch has shipped, or earlier when you ask.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The payment page run by Stripe may use cookies needed for secure payment and fraud prevention.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@dndblock.com. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local data protection authority.
