What you are buying
dnd block is a small block with an NFC tag inside, made by hand in a founding batch of 50 pieces, together with access to the dnd block iPhone app (iOS 18 or later). The block needs no battery.
The app is in development. Founding customers get the beta before their block ships. If the app is not available by the ship date, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Price and payment
Prices are in euros and include all taxes that apply to us. Shipping is shown before you pay. We charge the full amount when you place the preorder. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Delivery
We ship the founding batch by 15 December 2026 to addresses in the European Union, with tracking. If we cannot ship by that date, we will email you before it passes with a new date, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Cancelling before shipping
You may cancel your preorder at any time before we ship it by emailing hello@dndblock.com. We refund the full amount, including shipping, within 14 days, to the same payment method.
Right of withdrawal after delivery
You have 14 days from the day you receive the block to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. See the refund policy for how.
Legal guarantee
You have the legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years under EU consumer law. If the block is faulty, write to us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. This does not take away protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lt) or your local consumer authority.
